 Ride Supporters

We couldn't put together this fantastic ride we do each year without the continued help and support from our amazing ride sponsors and supporters. Their involvement in our event is vital to the success of the ride, and to your overall enjoyment as well.

This ride would also not be possible without our generous farmers who donate their land for the weekend. We have an amazing group of local, community minded people who let us take ride through their crops, and take down fences, and use their facilities for lunch breaks. Thank you to the Brady family, McKay family, Kilpatrick family, Leeke family and Thomson family who are home to those beautiful trials and views we are lucky enough to enjoy. Thank you farmers!

Established in 1991, Carroll's Saddlery & Produce has since become
renown as a one-stop horse shop for the equine community of the
Wimmera, Grampians and Pyrenees region.

Greg and Anne Carroll have been great supporters of ours for a number of years. Each year, they donate the major raffle prize we draw on Saturday night. Last year the prize consisted of an RM Williams Adult pair of RM Williams leather riding boots. Who wouldn't want to win that!

Brian Hancock and the team at Stawell Amcal can help with all of your health and wellbeing needs. Located in the Main Street, they have everything from beauty products to bandaids.

Stawell Amcal support a number of community run initiatives through the donation of products and services required for local events. Ever wondered where some of our beautiful raffle prizes come from? Stawell Amcal Pharmacy of course!

Best's Great Western produces some of the best cool climate Shiraz in the country. Located just off the Western Hwy heading to Stawell, their cellar door feels like you have stepped back into the 1860s when the winery was started. Ben Thomson and his team are fantastic supporters of our ride donating not only their wines, but their land for us to use.

Ben is also our track official who donates his weekends to finding new and beautiful trails for you to enjoy. Without his help and knowledge of the local area we would not be able to showcase the amazing views we are now known for. Do yourself a favour and stop by Best's on your way home, it's worth it.

Great Western is a small community made up of some very big hearts. Each year local businesses contribute time, products or services to ensure we create an event we're all proud of.

There are also many local families who let us use their land and infrustructure over the course of the weekend. Families such as the Brady's and Kilpatrick's are always happy to move some sheep, open a gate, and let you all trek around their vast properties.

Did we mention the views we get to enjoy too!
