When: Friday 6th - Sunday 8th October 2023

Where: Great Western Racing & Recreation Reserve, Great Western VIC 3374. CLICK HERE for Google Map of location.

Tickets: $210 per Adult Rider - $160 per Junior Rider (16 years & under) - $120 per Non-Rider. Tickets will be available to purchase online in January 2023, so please check back on our website then and follow our Facebook page for additional updates closer to the date.

Please Bring: A sound, fit horse or pony, yards (something your horse is familiar with and is also safe and secure), bridle, saddle, halter, lead rope, horse feed, water buckets, approved helmet (must be worn at all times when mounted), plate, bowl, cup, cutlery, tea towel, camping gear (tent, swag etc), clothing suitable for all seasons. Please note - no holding yards will be provided by the committee.

Gold Coins: Please ensure you bring gold coins with you for the showers ($1 = 1 minute). Whilst we would normally turn off the coin-operated mechanism on the shower facilities during the event period, it is causing a lot of technical issues for the installed systems which usually require maintenance afterward. Instead of increasing the ticket prices, we are asking people to bring coins for the showers instead. Thank you for your understanding.

Provided: All meals (2x dinners, 2x lunches, 2x breakfasts), toilet & shower facilities, entertainment, and two amazing trail rides. BYO permitted. If we can’t offer a catered event (potential COVID event regulation) we will let you know in advance and refund a portion of your ticket monies to accommodate.

Bookings: All bookings must be made via our website. Our 2022 online booking portal will be opened in due course pending broader event management updates from relevant government authorities. If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact us via the form on our website or send us a DM on our Facebook page.
