2020 Great Western Pleasure Ride Update
It's with a very heavy heart that we inform you of our decision to cancel the 2020 Great Western Pleasure Ride, a decision that was not made lightly.
Due to circumstances outside of our control regarding COVID19 and the evolving, unconfirmed nature of what the coming weeks and months will look like, our committee decided it's in the best interests for all involved to make the decision now following consultation with the relevant authorities.
We appreciate that many of you are very eager for the event to go ahead, if only to give ourselves something exciting to look forward to during all of this uncertainty. However the health, safety and wellbeing of all our loyal attendees, event coordinators, volunteers and amazing land owners must come first.
We will be processing full refunds for everyone who has registered for this year's event so far. Please be aware that we will not be carrying over any entries into the 2021 event and kindly ask you all to sit tight and wait to hear from us on our plans for 2021. The funds will take 5-7 business days to be deposited back onto your credit card, however please reach out to us via the form on our website if you don't receive it by the end of July.
We want to thank you all for being such a wonderfully understanding group of people and look forward to seeing you sometime soon. Please keep yourselves and your loved ones safe during this difficult time and remember this isn't forever, we simply need to band together and get through it as a team.
